CO2 Tolerance Test (Time)

3 Full inhale/exhales, 4th Full breath in and time the slowest exhale (through the nose) that you can do. If you stop, get stressed out or pause/swallow the test is over.

Record time that you stopped exhale.

Single Leg Deadlift (5×10)

Barbell, Dumbbell or KB in one hand or in both, hip hinge until end range of motion is maintained with a straight back. (Weights don’t have to touch the floor.
(10 reps per leg) use same weight throughout 5 sets, maintain a neutral spine!

Metcon (Time)

“To Infinity and Beyond”

5 Rounds For Time:

10- Box Jumps (24/20)

6- Burpee Pull-ups (Burpee Jumping Pull-up)

40sec- Hollow Body Hold
Rx+ is:

– 30″/24″ Box

– Hands 6″ below (hands distance) Pull-up bar for Burpee Pull-up; and,

– Full extension in Hollow Body Hold (accumulate Hollow Hold if necessary)
