CO2 Tolerance Test (Time)
3 Full inhale/exhales, 4th Full breath in and time the slowest exhale (through the nose) that you can do. If you stop, get stressed out or pause/swallow the test is over.
Record time that you stopped exhale.
Pendlay Row (5×8)
choose a moderate/heavy weight where 8 reps is max you can do. Perform all sets at that weight.
Min 1: 10- 1/4 Kipping Pull-ups ( scale up to 10- Full Kipping Pull-ups)
Min 2: 20- Wallballs
Min 3: 6 (per leg) Bulgarian Split Squats *weighted*
