8:00 min Warm-Up Swim

2 Rounds:

100m Swim

Rest 1:00 between efforts

2 Rounds:

50m Swim

Rest :30s between efforts

2 Rounds:

100m Swim

Rest 1:00 between efforts

8:00 min Cool Down Swim
During your warm-up swim, practice keeping a steady head in the water and long pulls.

Don’t cut your stroke short at the end. We want to pull as much water as we can.

Practice breathing to both sides, every 3 strokes.

For the interval distances, try to go at a pace that is repeatable for each split.

If possible, aim for negative splits each interval.

Score is total time for total 6 rounds including breaks. *NOT including warm-up or cool-down swim time.
