Build to a 5 rep max within 15-20min

rest 2-3min b/w sets

Unbroken 5 reps (no resting on shoulders)

Maintain neutral spine, no benching off spine

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12min AMRAP:

8- Push Presses (135/95)(95/65)

8- Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)

8- Toes-to-Bar (Knees to Chest)
Choose a weight that you can do large sets of Push Presses (4+reps)

Pace yourself in the first round or 12min will feel like an eternity

Will turn into a grippy workout, so adjust reps accordingly

Push Press will be taken FROM FLOOR
