Pause is at knee when you stand up and bring weight back down to floor

E2MOM for 12min

Build in weight to heaviest 6 reps with pause

Maintain Neutral Spine and Neutral Grip or Hook Grip, NO mixed grip

ALTERNATE Minute by doing 3- HANDSTAND PUSH-UPS or 3 scaled reps

10- Deadlifts (225/155)(185/125)

400m Run

10- Handstand Push-ups (Kneeling Strict Press)
Fast Singles or larger sets for Deadlifts. Choose a weight you can do 10+ reps unbroken when fresh

Scale HSPU to Box or a Strict DB Press (heavy)
