at 65-70% if 1rm Hang/Power Clean

rest 90sec b/w sets

Hang position is from the knee

The Chief (AMRAP – Rounds)

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans, 135#/95#

6 Push-ups

9 Squats

Rest 1-minute.

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles
choose a weight for the Power Clean that you can maintain 3 reps unbroken for majority of entire Metcon

Push-ups from knees to scale

Keep track of rounds and reps

Power Clean is from FLOOR
