12- Cossack Squats (70/50) (50/35) (total reps)

200m Run

6- Alt. Dumbbell Snatches (same weight)

25- ABMAT Sit-ups
12- total Cossack Squats (6-per side)

6- Total DB. Snatches, alternating hands each rep

Aim for 3-4 rounds
