CO2 Tolerance Test (Time)
3 Full inhale/exhales, 4th Full breath in and time the slowest exhale that you can do. If you stop, get stressed out or pause/swallow the test is over.
Record time that you stopped exhale.
Hang Squat Clean (5×2-3)
2-3 reps at 80-85% of 1rm Hang Squat Clean *tougher* than last week
Unbroken 2-3 reps
Change to 2 if only able to do 2 unbroken reps
9-Hang Power Cleans (same)
6- Strict Press (same)
Choose weights based off of strict press. NO PUSH PRESS OR JERK.
Break up as needed
