Partner MB Sit Ups (at least 10 reps)

Partner WOD #1 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2:

AMRAP in 30min

21 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1pd)

15 Box Jumps (24/20)

9 Burpees

1 partner carry down and back inside gym.

*One partner will complete

one round of the triplet

while the other partner rests.

*Partner carry can be done by either partner, doesn’t have to alternate with rounds.

*Switch partners at the end

of each round.
Compare to 120118, note we did 20 minutes last time as opposed to 30
