Active Recovery (not for time)

– Keep the burpees tight; put a cloth between your feet and practice jumping out into a perfect plank, completing a perfect push up and then jumping back without dropping the cloth.

– Weight the walking lunges any way you can.

– The run / jump rope practice is designed to get the heart moving – does not need to be a sprint but move!
