For the first 10 Minutes complete 1 strict pull up with the death by HSPU. (scale will be hard ring rows)

Death by HSPU (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Do 1 HSPU in the first minute.

Add 1 rep every minute until

you can’t complete the prescribed

number in the minute.
