Incline Bench Press (5 x 5)
Bench set on three 45# or five 25# plates.
5 Heavy Sets of 5. Do not increase over each set. Roughly 60%-75% of 1RM
Waiters walk is a one arm overhead carry.
Most commonly done with a Dumbbell, Kettlebell or Plate
Each ‘set’ will consist of a 50 meter carry for each hand. Complete 3 sets in total between bench press sets.
10 Partner Med Ball Sit Ups
Both Partners must sit-up on each set and each must complete 10 sit-ups WITH the medball. So it equals 20 sits each minute (10 with and 10 W/O)
