100 Partner Burpees (one holds a plank while the other does a burpee and jumps over-alternate in sets of 10)
100 Alternating Partner Step Ups
100 Alternating partner wall ball sit-ups (4 ft apart 16/10)
100 Frog Jumps each (any combo)
100 KBS (partner NOT working hangs from the rig until they switch)
