DothaRunforme (Time)

In teams of 2. Eight 4min Rounds in which one Athlete will Run 400m for Time. The other will perform an exercise, AMRAP in 2min. The remainder of each 4min round will be taken as rest. At the end of each round athletes will switch rolls.

Rope Climbs

Box Jumps

Pull Ups

Double Unders

Score= Total Time for all Eight 400m Run minus 1sec per Rep achieved in the AMRAP.
