Heidi Holzknecht

Take control of what you do have power over, instead of craving control over what you don’t. Crossfit found me in Cambodia in 2015. I started with no physical background; just a deep hunger to BE.BETTER. The unbelievable camaraderie and support along with real and lasting results, saw me go back and back and back. In every box since, I’ve found the same friendly, fun, focused environments that give a safe harbour for those who are willing to bring all their effort inside while leaving their egos at the door. As a coach, there is rarely a joy so deep as seeing someone give a workout their all regardless of the leaderboard, push past a boundary, score a new PR, master a new skill, have something finally ‘click’. It is my honour and privilege to help you find your BETTER.

Crystal Phillips

Crystal found Crossfit in 2013 when her teammate suggested she check out the Box and has been hooked ever since. She played various sports throughout her life including competitive rugby, and has found Crossfit to be a great addition for any athlete. As a coach, Crystal is motivational and holds athletes accountable for giving 100% every time they enter the gym. If you aren’t pushing yourself in a lift or WOD, Crystal will be the first to let you know. She is the current owner of Crossfit Valitus.

She has her Crossfit Level 1 certification, a wealth of nutritional knowledge, and is always available to give advice to members. When away from the gym, Crystal works as a BCBA (behavioral therapist) around the Atlanta area.
