we are focusing on efficient
barbell cycling. Start light
and build to a weight that
you’d expect to see in a metcon.
But don’t add weight unless
you are cycling efficiently.

Points of Performance
Clean and Jerk (EMOM x5 Building)
These are Power Clean and Jerks,
touch and go reps,
using a weight
that allows
for efficient cycling.
Squat Clean Thruster (EMOM x5 Building)
These are Clusters (AKA Squat Clean Thrusters).
The Thrusters can finish as a Push Press or Jerk.
Touch and go reps, using a weight
that allows
for efficient cycling.
