80 Single Alt Wall Ball Shots

60 WB Alt Sit-Ups (over boxes)

50 WB Squat Tosses (over the box) w/Box Facing Burpee Box Jump

40 Alt Push Ups (toss the ball over the box)

20 WB Over-Unders (10 each direction)

800m WB Carry / Run

Once started, your chosen Wall Ball should be in the hands of one or the other partner for the whole WOD. If it hits the floor – so do you… 5 burpee penalty for both partners.
