Rene Sanchez

Rene was introduced to CrossFit in 2010 through a good friend. He soon became passionate about olympic lifting and the community manifested through CrossFit. He has been to regionals with a team and completed two seasons of grid. As a coach, Rene encourages athletes to find their strengths and commit to functional movements. He helps our clients overcome self-doubt and/or perceived limitations to reach their goals. Outside of the box, Rene enjoys trail running and swimming.
