Using a standard deck of cards
Play each card at face value
Spades = Squats
Diamonds = Push Ups
Clubs = Pull Ups
Hearts = Sit Ups
Aces =11
Jacks =15
Queens =20
Kings =25
Jokers =10 Burpees

Please bring your own deck of cards or you will get a stacked deck!
