Weightlifting
This is a workout designed to help athletes
find a threshold between these two types of cleans.
In each round athletes will mix reps of PC/SC
for a total of 5 in a round. This is not for cycling but for load.
Drop from the top and address the bar patiently for each rep.
If you PR either lift enter the weight as a separate score.
