Weightlifting
Complete 3 sets DB BP and DB BR
back to back.
Then 3 sets of DB IBP and Ring Rows
back to back.
DB BP (3 x 10)
Dumbbell Bench Press

Use a pair of Dumbbells
that equal 50%
of BP 1RM
DB BR (3 x 10)
Dumbbell Bent Row

Use the same weight as the DB DP.
DB IBP (3 x 10)
Dumbbell Inclined Bench Press

Bench on three 45# plates. 40% BP Max.
Ring Rows (3 x 10)
