A few of you missed your opportunity to get in on this fun.
Here’s your chance!
Many of you have the goal of improving your 18.3 score. Go for it!
Others of you who didn’t get to work for the full 14min
would do well to try a different version of the WOD that will allow
you to keep moving at speed for the duration.
Some others want nothing to do with this style of pain and would
rather not bother. That’s OK too.
Come anyway and we will find something
for you to do that is to your liking.
