Happy Lunge Day (Time)
With a Partner
100 Cal Row (partner switches at the top of every minute)
100 Meter Overhead Plate Lunges (45/35)
80 Burpees over the erg
100 Meter Overhead Plate Lunges (45/35)
60 Pull-Ups
100 Meter Overhead Plate Lunges (45/35)
40 Box Jumps (24/20)
100 Meter Overhead Plate Lunges (45/35)
20 Rope climbs

one partner working at a time , partner not working must hold onto the plate. If plate drops at any point during the WOD, both athletes will immediately complete a 10 burpee penalty.
