Out of reverence for Heidi and Andy, who lost a dear friend, we would like to come together as a community and honor a fellow athlete.

On April 22nd 2018 we lost a pillar of our community, Mr. Sullivan VANN. "Sulley" was quietly fighting a rare form of cancer for the past five years. He was consistently an inspiration to everyone, regardless if you knew him. He never let his situation bring him down or get in the way of building up everyone around him. He represented the best of Cambodian young generation and changed lives for the better. This workout was created to remind us of his resilience.
