1 Round:
Partner A completes 50 KBS while Partner B holds a handstand. If handstand is broken, both A & B perform 5 burpee penalty.

1 Round:
Partner A completes 50 wall balls (20/14) while Partner B hold a (45/25) plate overhead. If Partner B breaks, both A & B perform 5 burpee penalty.

1 Round:
Partner A completes 50 sit-ups (GHD) while Partner B holds bottom of squat. If squat is broken, both A & B perform 5 burpee penalty.
