On the 2:00 x 6 Rounds:
25% Max Pull-Ups

On the 2:00 x 6 Rounds:
25% Max Ring Muscle-Ups

Estimate your max pull-ups and complete 25% of them at the start of each 2:00 window. If you have 10 unbroken pull-ups for example, you would complete 3 (rounding up) at the start of each round, followed by front squats.
