Crazy 8’s
Perform 8 sets of 8 reps at roughly 50-60% – with strict 30-second rest periods. If you don’t tend to have high "muscle endurance" go to 50%. If you reduce your weight your score is the weight you dropped to.
Sumo Deadlift (8×8 @ 50%-60% for all sets Choose 1 weight)
These repetitions must be touch and go. If you drop weight at any point, you may only score the lower weight. If your form is compromised, the coaches will have you drop weight. Please only use weight that you can safely maintain. (If you dont have sumoDL max use 90% of DL max)
Bench Press (8×8 @ 50%-60% pick one weight.)
