Valentine’s WOD 1 (Time)
100 Partner Burpees (one holds a plank while the other does a burpee and jumps over-alternate in sets of 10)
200 Alternating Partner Box Jumps (24/20)
100 Alternating partner wall ball sit-ups (4 ft apart 16/10)
200 Double Under’s each (any combo)
100 KBS (1.5/1pd) (partner NOT working hangs from the rig until they switch)
