CO2 Tolerance Test (Time)

3 Full inhale/exhales, 4th Full breath in and time the slowest exhale (through the nose) that you can do. If you stop, get stressed out or pause/swallow the test is over.

Record time that you stopped exhale.

Split Squat (4×8)

with Barbell on Back perform 4 sets of 8 reps (per leg) at 30-40% of 1rm Back Squat

rest 30sec b/w legs

90sec b/w sets

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)


13min AMRAP:

40- Single Unders (Left Foot)

15- Wallballs (20/14)

40- Single Unders (Right Foot)

25- Abmat Sit-ups
Scale to normal single unders if unable to do 40 singles on a single leg
