2 Snatches at 63-65% of 1rm Snatch (slightly heavier than last week)

10min EMOM every minute perform 2 Squat Snatches

Snatch Pull (5×3)

Perform 3 High Pulls at 85% of 1rm

every 90sec perform 3 reps at same weight

Choose a challenging weight for Squat Snatch

Doesn’t have to be unbroken 5 reps

Choose a standard of movement and STICK TO IT
