This WOD is in memory or one of our former athletes Ramon Alvarado, who recently lost his life to a battle of cancer.

Ramon, an avid runner and athlete, who showed up to CrossFit DoJo with a cheerful spirit brought so much joy to our community. We are deeply saddened by this news – Ramon will be greatly missed.

The intended time range here is between 20-30 minutes
