6 x 5min Rounds in which athletes will
Run 200m for Time
Run 400m Active Recovery
Rest the remainder
Marine Corps Crunch (2min Max Reps)
With feet anchored and heels to butt, arms folded across the chest, sit up until elbow or forearms touch the thighs.
