Partner WOD

Metcon (Time)
With a partner:

100 DL (185/135)*
150 burpees over bar
200 thrusters (75/55)*
250 KBS (53/35)

40min cap

*Before one partner starts DL or thrusters, the other partner must have the weight locked out in the top of the movement (at the hip for DL and overhead for thrusters) and keep it locked out until the partner stops doing reps. If the partner drops the weight, the other must stop doing reps until the weight is locked out again.
