Metcon (Time)
In Teams of Two
100 Jump Rope Singles
90 KBS
80 Wall Balls
70 Med Ball Sit Ups
60 Push Ups
50 Burpees
400m Run

For the JRS each partner completes 100
Partners will Share a KB and a Wall Ball
One person works at KBS while the other rests.
For the Wall Balls, one works, one rests.
For the Sit Ups Partners pass the ball between themselves.
For Push Ups and Burpees one works the other rests.
Final;ly both partners will run 400m together.
