Weightlifting
Clean (1 Rep every 30sec for 10min)
80 to 90%
Alternate between
Power Clean
Squat Clean
Pick a weight you can
complete all the reps with.
If you miss a rep
and can’t complete
a good rep
before the next rep is due
change the # of sets.
If you lower the weight
your score is the lower weight.
Ir you miss more than
two reps, lower the weight.
