15min to practice HSPU

Advanced athletes practice Strict HSPU/

Bear Complex (5 Rounds x 5 Cycles)
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Second Push Press

1 Cycle is 5 reps,
1 Round is 5 Cycles.
You may combine the Clean and FS in a Squat Clean. You may combine the FS and the first PP in a Thruster. You may NOT use a Squat Clean Thruster.
You may combine the Back Squat and the second push Press in a Thruster. You are allowed to Jerk rather than Push Press. Rest anywhere in the complex except on the ground. You may re-grip in the hip crease but not on the ground.
