100 Meter Overhead Plate Carry (45/25)
80 Burpees
100 Meter Overhead Plate Carry (45/25)
80 Pull Ups
100 Meter Overhead Plate Carry (45/25)
80 Box Jumps
100 Meter Overhead Plate Carry (45/25)

100 Meter Overhead Plate Carry (45/25) each partner must hold a plate and go together.

All other work should be split evenly, however you want.
