400 Meter Run
r2) 4 x Cindy
400 Meter Run
r3) 5 x Cindy
400 Meter Run
r5) 6 x Cindy
400 Meter Run
r6) 7 x Cindy
400 Meter Run
r7) 8 x Cindy
400 Meter Run
……….

Cindy = 5 Pull ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats

Do not leave for run if you cannot finish the 400 before the time runs out. Do burpees instead and score as reps
