Partner WOD
1) 80 Hang Power Cleans
2) 80 Front Squats
3) 80 Push Press
4) 80 Front Rack Lunges (stationary Lunges)
Rx (95/65) Rx+ (115/85)

Both partners use one barbell. The partner not working must hold a KB or DB in the following positions for each movement.
1) Overhead
2) Front Rack
3) Overhead
4) Hang
Rx (40/30) Rx+ (50/35)
